created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate my firm commitment
to privacy. The following discloses my information gathering and

I, Kevin Lam, am the sole owner of the information collected on NetworkersDebut.com

Though I make every effort to preserve user privacy, I may need
to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we
have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply
with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process

use cookies for tracking and properly crediting affiliates in my
Membership Affiliate and Extreme Program.

site's registration form requires users to give me contact information
(such as their name and email address), unique identifiers (such
as their Affiliate ID), and financial information (such as their
account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information
is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out

Financial information that is collected is used to check the users'
qualifications for registration in The Networker's Debut Affiliate
Program and to bill the user for products and services. Unique identifiers
(such as Affiliate IDs) are collected for use as account numbers
in my record system.

I do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information
from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If I
discover we have received any information from a child under 13
in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.

through mediation, I agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration
at the following location: Grand Prairie, Texas, under the rules
of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award
rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction
to do so.
